HOW TO SET UP AND USE DROPBOX
We will be using “DropBox” for our data collection to make the registration process as simple as possible. If you are a Team Manager or Assistant Coach and need access to DropBox please contact your Coach.
Dropbox is a personal cloud storage service that is frequently used for file sharing and collaboration. Users can save files to the folder just as if they were all local. Files in the Dropbox folder can be accessed from anywhere with an Internet connection – the user just has to log in to his account to upload, download and share files.
PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST TO JOIN A FOLDER. ONLY THOSE AUTHORIZED TO HAVE ACCESS WILL BE EMAILED AN INVITATION TO JOIN A FOLDER – ALL OUR FOLDERS MUST BE KEPT PRIVATE AND CONFIDENTIAL.
Step 1: You will receive an email from Dropbox inviting you to join, click “Go to Folder”
Step 2: Join Dropbox
If you already have an account you can Sign in and add your AYSO United South OC Team folder to your account as follows:
Sign in to the Dropbox website (if you haven’t already)
Click on Sharing in the sidebar on the left
Click on the new shared folder invitation link at the top of the page
In the pop-up window, click on the Accept button next to the shared folder you want to join
Step 3: Upload your forms, registration and photos.
DO NOT ADD ANY SUB-FOLDERS! Request them from our Director of Coaching, Grant Heywood.
DO NOT SHARE FOLDERS OR FILES WITH ANYONE ELSE!
Once your team has been registered you will find your CalSouth Roster (Tournament Use).
In the Finance Folder you will have your monthly statements.
