Playing Experience
- Spent four years playing men's football before focusing on a coaching career.
- Played for two different youth clubs, mainly as a left winger or left wing back.
Goals and Objectives
- To develop technically advanced individual players, to play within a well-structured team dynamic.
- To challenge individual players to reach their potential, through homework tasks and target setting.
- To enrich the children's lives, teaching vital social and teamwork skills and improving individual confidence in a fun and challenging environment.
- To evaluate my own coaching sessions and continually improve, through research and target setting.
