AYSO United International

PLAYER DEVELOPMENT 
With our year-round training curriculum and playing style true to player development, we allow all players to develop their soccer skills and knowledge to the best of their abilities, both individually and as a member of a team, in order to maximize their enjoyment of the game.

EVERYONE PLAYS
In order for each individual to develop to their maximal potential, we mandate that every player on every team must play at least half of every game.

OPEN REGISTRATION 
AYSO provides a pathway for every boy and girl to learn and play soccer, advance to competitive soccer circuits, all within a fun, challenging and family environment based on these 6 philosophies. Players not selected for AYSO United are able to try out for an Extra program or register into a Core program.

POSITIVE COACHING 
Encouragement of player effort provides for greater enjoyment by the players and ultimately leads to better-skilled and better-motivated players.

GOOD SPORTSMANSHIP 
We strive to create a positive environment based on mutual respect, rather than a win-at-all-costs attitude, and our program is designed to instill good sportsmanship in every facet of AYSO.

BALANCED TEAMS 
AYSO's player pathway ensures each player is placed in an environment appropriate to their level. AYSO United South OC teams are placed in Coast Soccer League for the fall season which has established guidelines to ensure that all teams within each division are of similar level.
